The Board of Directors provides governance, strategic direction, and oversight for the Spokane Entertainers Guild. Working alongside department leaders and volunteers, the board helps ensure the organization remains focused on its mission of education through entertainment while planning for future growth and sustainability.

Board members are elected volunteers who are committed to supporting the long-term success of the organization and the community it serves.

The Cast Team brings the Renaissance Faire to life by creating the immersive atmosphere that guests remember long after they leave. Through character development, interactive storytelling, and engaging performances, they help transform the event into a living, breathing world.

Whether portraying nobles, villagers, guards, or fantastical creatures, cast members create memorable experiences through meaningful interactions with patrons. Their passion, creativity, and dedication help make every visit to the Spokane Renaissance Faire feel like stepping into another time.

Ticket Booth Volunteer

Check in online ticket purchases, provide wristbands, answer guest questions, and welcome visitors as they begin their Spokane Renaissance Faire adventure.

Info Booth Volunteer

Provide maps, schedules, directions, and answers to guest questions while serving as a helpful resource throughout the Spokane Renaissance Faire.

Site Team

The Site Department oversees the planning and logistics that transform an empty venue into the Spokane Renaissance Faire. From site layout and infrastructure to permitting, fire department coordination, vendor placement, and other behind-the-scenes operations, this team ensures everything is in place for a safe and successful event.

Site Crew Volunteer

Help build and maintain the Faire by setting up tents, stages, décor, and equipment while creating the immersive world guests experience throughout the weekend.

Parking Lot Volunteer

Direct vehicles safely, assist guests as they arrive, answer basic questions, and help create an organized, welcoming start to every visitor's  experience.
